ARTICLE 1 : LEGALITIES

The Chalet La Tuvière is managed by the SARL La Tuvière Bike Inn registered at the Chambéry RCS, the company address is the following; 341 rue la Tuvière 73300 JARRIER.

ARTICLE 2 : PRICES

The prices correspond to a precise period and don’t include the holiday tax. La Tuvière Bike Inn reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. The price on the booking confirmation is binding.

The items not included in the price are to be paid before departure.

ARTICLE 3 : HOLIDAY TAX

The holiday tax is a local tax paid to the local authorities; it is not included in the price.

ARTICLE 4 : LENGTH OF STAY

The booking is made for a precise period and clients cannot stay longer than the date of departure stipulated in the confirmation.

ARTICLE 5 : BOOKING CONFIRMATION

The booking becomes effective when the deposit or the totality of the price has been paid.

Payment can be made by credit card directly on the website www.chaletlatuviere.com, by cheque or by bank transfer (Bank details available on request). The booking is confirmed on reception. If no payment is made the booking is cancelled.

The booking is made between La Tuvière Bike Inn and the client. A third party cannot be included in the reservation without the written authorisation of La Tuvière Bike Inn.

ARTICLE 6 : PERIOD OF REFLECTION

The client does not have the right to a ‘’period of reflection’’ as stipulated in article L121-21-8 in the consummation code.

ARTICLE 7 : CANCELLATION

Cancellation by the client : If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the first day of the holiday, the full amount paid will be refunded by La Tuvière Bike Inn.

If the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the first day of the holiday, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded by La Tuvière Bike Inn

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the first day of the holiday, no refund will be made.

If the client does not arrive or if the period of stay is shortened, the full amount is still to be paid and no refund will be made.

Cancellation by La Tuvière Bike Inn  :

If La Tuvière Bike Inn cancels the reservation, the client will be informed by registered post and will be totally refunded of all amounts paid.

ARTICLE 8 : CANCELLATION DUE TO « FORCE MAJEURE »

In the event of total or partial destruction of the Chalet La Tuvière caused by an unforeseeable event, cancellation by ‘’force majeure’’ stipulated in article 1148 of the civil code will be applied. La Tuvière Bike Inn will refund the totality of payment to the client.

ARTICLE 9 : ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Unless otherwise agreed, the client must arrive between 16h00 and 19h30, if there is any change, the client must inform the Chalet La Tuvière. Departure is before 10h00.

ARTICLE 10 : USE OF THE CHALET  

The cleaning service is included in the price. Clients are nonetheless financially responsible for any damage they cause.

The chalet is a convivial place where mutual respect is expected. The shared areas must be used with consideration of one’s neighbours. The clients must use the chalet in an appropriate way in concordance with its peaceful setting.

Any drinks purchased outside the chalet are not accepted in any of the public areas including the exterior.

ARTICLE 11 : MAXIMUM CAPACITY

The present contract is for a precise number of people. If the number of clients exceeds the legal maximum the chalet owner can refuse the extra clients. Any modification or breaking of the contract will be considered as the client’s decision.

ARTICLE 12 : PETS

Pets are accepted on the basis of 5€/day. The client is expected to respect the hygiene, safety and tranquillity of the chalet and its surroundings. If these rules are not respected, the chalet owner can ask for the departure of the pet from the premises before the end of the reservation. This cannot be considered as a breaking of the contract on behalf of the chalet owner, if the client decides to leave, no refund will be made.

ARTICLE 13 : INSURANCE

La Tuvière Bike Inn is insured for third party liability with the company AXA. This responsibility does not cover the third party liability of each client. Each client is responsible for any damage they cause. This includes the content of each room and any equipment provided by the chalet for the use of the client.

ARTICLE 14 : CNIL

The personal details required to make a reservation are conserved by the Chalet La Tuvière. The client reserves the right to refuse or to modify the information under the law “Informatique et Libertés” 78-17 6^th January 1978.

ARTICLE 15 : RECLAMATION

Any reclamation concerning the reservation must be sent by registered post within one month following departure date to the address : Chalet La Tuvière, 341 rue la Tuvière, 73300 JARRIER.
